We’re recruiting for a Head Chef

 

Love Lane Brewery Bar and Kitchen is the unique venue of the independently owned Love Lane Brewery. Over the last 3 years, we have been integral to the development of the west end of Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle, creating an award-winning bar that serves great food with great Love Lane beer and gin made in the same building.

£14.00 - £17.00 an hour, depending on experience.
40 – 48 hours per week
Hours to be worked over 5 days, including weekends

Due to expansion, we are looking for a Head Chef to join Love Lane and lead our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be passionate about food. Good organisational skills and attention to detail are a must, as is a strong work ethic. Competitive hourly wage. Experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.

– Must adhere to food hygiene standards
– Excellent organisational and communication skills
– Ability to work within and lead a team
– Driven and self-motivated
